Throughout the pandemic, Vighter continuously provided healthcare staffing services anywhere clients requested.
For example, the company was initially called to provide COVID Screening services in Chicago, IL for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer, but this contract expanded to other sites across the United States.
Vighter provides int’l healthcare staffing
Internationally, Vighter has provided healthcare staffing and medical support services in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Cyprus, Colombia, Peru, and Guatemala in support of the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
The prime contractor managed/maintained a fleet of helicopters and airplanes to support this massive program and many of the personnel were required to undergo FAA flight physical examinations.
Vighter was the only company with an FAA Senior International Aviation Medical Examiners authorized to provide flight physicals in Afghanistan and Iraq so these physicians deployed overseas periodically to ensure the readiness of the prime contractor’s personnel.
Additionally Vighter provided Occupational Medicine services, Protocol development, Medical Direction, and provided a 24/7 telemedicine call center to support the medics overseas.
